Variations on the Daisy Wheel

In case you cannot tell, I am lately rather fond of making dishcloths. Here are a couple colorful variations on the same pattern found
here on Ravelry. The purple one was for Mimsie and I forgot to start with the solid color, so I made the next band wider to help balance it all out. My hands adore the  cottony thickness of handmade dishcloths.
What are you adoring today?

  2. I love making that kind of dishcloth, too, but I hate like heck using them. I can't bear to make them dirty!

  5. Your dishcloths inspired me so much, I have made two for my sister-in-law! I'm going to have to make some for myself now. I really like your purple one. It's always nice to see different ways of mixing up yarns. I found some very cheap cotton at the weekend, it's usually really expensive in my part of the world. Can't wait to try working with it.

Have a fab week hon, see you again soon.

  7. I have made tons of these. Can't get the nice thick kitchen cotton like they have in the States, but I just work with what I've got. In fact, although I really, really, really didn't need to -- I went to the craft store and bought more yarn yesterday. I better get to hookin! :) Best wishes, Tammy
